O is obsessed with producing great food
and insists on using only the freshest ingredients from sources we know and trust and with whom we have worked with many years. Our Thai kitchen uses authentic Thai ingredients that are specially imported and offer a wide range of fish and meat dishes and every dish has a vegetarian option.
Our over-arching philosophy is to keep things simple, classic and authentically Thai with modern British and European twists and presentation.
Our team of main chefs are all Thai
and have been with us a long time, some since we opened and are responsible for creating food of the highest standard in our Thai kitchen.
What’s a meal without a drink?
We have put together a list of wines that, not only stand out on their own account, but compliment Thai food and are robust enough to stand up to the strong spices.
Many of the wines are sourced from Paul Boutinot, an old friend of O’s Thai Café. Over the past 20 years, Boutinot has grown from humble beginnings, supplying French wine to restaurants in the north west of England, into an international producer and distributor with production bases in France and South Africa and distribution companies in the UK and the USA. Its wines are supplied to a wide range of customers throughout the world, however their aims remain unaltered – to supply quality wines, which are representative of the region and variety at every price point.
O’s Thai Café also offers a selection of three top European beers on draught, Leffe, Amstel and Budweiser Budvar and Singha beer, a bottled beer imported from Thailand.
